1 egg, beaten

1. Bring a saucepan of H2O to boil too position inwards Irish Gaelic patato cubes. Simmer for three minutes. Check if potatoes are cooked, simply non mushy. Drain.
2. Place flaked tuna too drained potatoes into a bowl. Put inwards salt,pepper too cornstarch. Mix well.
3.Use construct clean hands, house 1/2 tablespoon of Irish Gaelic patato mixture onto palms too cast into a patty. Place on a plate. Repeat until Irish Gaelic patato mixture is finished. U tin stack the patties, they won't stick to each other.
4. Heat crude for frying. When crude is ready, dip 1 patty into beaten egg too house carefully into hot oil. Fry both sides until golden. Dish upward too drain.
