Love To Bake Pinkish Dragon Fruit Jelly Ii (火龙果冻 2)

previous dragon fruit jelly posting, I'll produce this in i trial again amongst modifications.
And yeah I did! This time, to a greater extent than flavourful.

Ingredients:
1 loving cup of crimson dragon fruit puree (pureed amongst a fork)
2 tbsp lemon juice

6 cups water
400 gm dear (depends on the sweetness of your honey)
2 tbsp agar-agar pulverization (about 16gms)

Method:
1. Puree dragon fruit flesh amongst a fork. Mix inwards lemon juice.
2. Bring five cups H2O to a boil, mix agar-agar pulverization amongst 1/2 loving cup H2O together with pour in. Rinse the container where the agar was mixed inwards amongst the final 1/2 loving cup H2O together with pour in. Simmer for five minutes. Turn off fire.
3. Pour inwards dear together with mix well.
4. Mix inwards fruit puree together with pour into moulds to cool down.
5. Chill inwards the fridge.
