Dry fish on kitchen towels. Rub fish amongst salt. Sprinkle the fish generously amongst curry powder. With dry out hands, tap fish to press inward curry powder. It should last heavily coated, too dry.
On a frying pan, set inward plenty crude oil to pan nipper fish. Fry fish until golden on both sides.
Remove fish from oil. Put inward sliced onions too saute until soft too fragrant.
Place sauteed onions on superlative of fish.
