Cinnamon Vanilla Poached Pears

v pocket-size pears (mine weighed nearly 530gm)
500ml water
100gm sugar
1 vanilla edible bean that has been scraped earlier (or only operate a ew one)
two inches cinnamon stick
two Tbsp lemon juice

1. Combine everything except the pear into a pocket-size pot.
2. Peel pears, rinse too pose them into the pot immediately. Coat them amongst the lemon infused mixture.
3. Bring a boil too lower to a simmer for 20-30 minutes, until pears are tender.
4. Fish out the pears too plow estrus to high to bring down the syrup to nearly 1 cup.
5. Keep the pears together amongst syrup into a deep container too chill. Serve mutual depression temperature or warm
