Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe
2 cups flour

3/4 cups cocoa powder
ii tsp baking soda
ii large eggs
1 tsp salt
1 loving cup buttermilk (I substituted amongst soured milk =1 tbsp lime/lemon juice +250ml milk, brand certain they curdle)1 loving cup corn oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 loving cup boiling water
1. Preheat Oven to 160C (the master recipe called for 150C)
2. Line a nine X thirteen inch baking dish
3. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl
4. Mix at medium speed until all ingredients are smooth
5. Pour into the baking dish.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
