RecentlyI haven't been cooking much... so, I'm looking dorsum into about pics that I've taken about fourth dimension ago, but haven't post.
I made these during Chinese New Year's Day 2008. Not for the reunion dinner, but equally leftovers.. kekeke. There were terra firma peanuts leftover from the Lou Sang, H2O chestnut from dunno what, in addition to pie tee that hub's aunts bought.
So, I merely mixed equal amounts of H2O chestnut, carrots, in addition to cucumbers amongst mayo, arrive at total upward the pie tees in addition to pinnacle amongst about terra firma peanuts.... It was a refreshing modify from the regular cooked turnip filling.
Ingredients
Water chestnuts
Carrots
Cucumber (peeled, cored)
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 loving cup terra firma peanuts
1. Dice H2O chestnuts, carrots in addition to cucumber into 1cm cubes. Prepare 1/2 loving cup each.
2. Mix (1) amongst mayonnaise.
3. Fill upward pie tees.
4. Top amongst terra firma peanuts.
5. Serve immediately.
