Balls... supposedly to live on circular too spherical. But this i isn't inside the norm, It is rectangular too formed  in a pan amongst each slice touching each other. Pork Broth

300gm minced pork (with about fat)
four shallots, minced
four clove of garlic, minced
three Tbsp lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp black caramel sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
pepper to taste
three Tbsp oil

Noodles for 6
More pepper if preferred
Spring onions for sprinkling
Sekinchan Pork balls for vi (I served 8 pcs per adult, four pcs per child)

1. Blanch pork bones inwards boiling H2O for 1 minute. Pour away the H2O too launder the bones construct clean from scum. Fill inwards amongst 5L of fresh H2O too select to a boil. Lower to a simmer for 4-5 hours until the soup plow a chip murky. Add inwards seasonings (make it slightly oversalted)
2. Cook the mince. Heat wok too position inwards oil. Saute the shallots too garlic until nearly  golden. Add inwards minced pork too gear upward until meat turns opaque. Put inwards all the seasonings too gear upward until nearly dry. Dish up.
3. When it's nearly fourth dimension to serve, fish out all the pork bones from broth too position inwards pork balls, select to a boil until the pork balls look to await 'expanded'. Keep the broth hot.



To serve

Soup Version: Blanch noodles too position them into the serving bowl. Put inwards broth too pork balls. Top amongst 1 heaped Tbsp of minced pork too about restrain onions,Add pepper if preferred.

Dry Version: Blanch noodles too position into serving bowl. Put inwards 1 tsp black caramel sauce, 1 Tbsp lite soy sauce too 1 ladle (100ml) of the pork broth. Add pepper if preferred.
