Snakehead Fish Soup alongside Sweet Corn together with Huaishan

600gm snakehead fish (Mine has the head, thence it's heavier, travel less if it's simply the body)
400gm corn on the cob
200gm lean pork (I used pork loin)
38gm huaishan
2.5L water
Salt to taste
1. Cut fish into large chunks, rub around fossil oil over together with bake at 200C until the peel looks slightly golden. Rinse fish nether running H2O to take excess oil.
2. Cut corn into chunks together with pork into large cubes. Rinse huai shan.
3. Bring the H2O to boil together with set inward everything, except salt.
4. Bring it dorsum to a boil together with cut back to a simmer for two hours.
5. Season alongside common salt together with plough off the heat.
