I made these elementary sushi rolls concluding few nights for dinner.
Used powdered sushi mix bought from Jusco, didn't role Calrose rice, but only ordinary Thai fragrant rice. Didn't role whatever shasimi, but only crabstick (steamed in addition to cooled), cucumber strips, fried egg strips in addition to mayonaise for the filling.
I didn't fifty-fifty role a bamboo mat to roll. Just did everything alongside my green baking paper.
