1 tbsp flour

1. Peel the calyx from the roselle. Discard seed pod. Snip into small-scale pieces together with mix amongst 1 Tbsp flour. Set aside.
2. Combine ingredients inwards (B) to brand cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
3. Preheat oven to 170C(convection)/180C (conventional)
4. Sift flour amongst baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
5. Beat butter together with carbohydrate until pale together with fluffy.
6. Add inwards egg together with combine well.
7. Put inwards vanilla heart together with person together with yoghurt. Mix well.
8. Fold inwards sifted flour into batter.
9. Sprinkle inwards floured roselles together with give it a gentle mix.
10. Pour batter into a lined baking pan (that fills the batter at 1 inch height).
11. Sprinkle (2) onto batter together with bake for xxx minutes or until golden brown.


The carbohydrate topping is delicate later baked ..... Giving it a lite crunch...
