300gm cake/superfine flour or self raising flour
1 Tbsp baking pulverisation (omit this if using self raising flour)
1/2 tsp common salt (omit this if using self raising flour)

80gm butter, melted
180gm land yogurt (substitute for buttermilk)

1. Preheat oven to 200/220C
2. Sift both flours together with baking pulverisation together.
