Mom bought me these pork pieces.. that had these slap-up marbling....... expect at that the pictures below.

I don't know what is the advert of the cut, but the butcher that introduced this to my mom said, it was cutting off from the obese layers. Now my mom solely purchase these for stirfying or cooking quick soups.

Ingredients:
150gm pork fillet or silverside
1.5 inch of ginger, real thinly sliced, most 10 slices

1/3 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 Tbsp low-cal soy sauce
¾ tsp cornstarch

Directions:
1. Heat wok until real hot. Put inward oil.
2. Saute ginger together with white parts of light-green onion until fragrant.
3. Put inward pork slices together with nipper until it is no longer pink.
4. Put inward seasonings.
5.When gravy come upwards to a boil together with reduced to desired consistency, set inward light-green parts of light-green onion. Cook until the light-green onion wilts.
6. Dish up.
