This a cookie crust egg tart..not puff pastry similar amongst layers, neither is it theatre or crunchy.. It's a rather delicate egg tart. I'd recommend eating this amongst a spoon.

I've tasted something similar this from Bee's Bakery inward USJ Taipan, they telephone phone it Hong Kong egg tart.

My colleagues dear this. My identify unit of measurement loves this too... Maybe you'll similar it too...

Please don't substitute this amongst margarine or "Buttercup" or "Farm Cows".. It volition non sense of savor the same, definately.

Egg Tart Recipe

Pastry
250g evidently flour
2 tbsp castor carbohydrate
1 egg yolk
150g butter,

Filling
150g castor carbohydrate
150ml hot H2O
250ml milk(1 modest pack of milk)
1/8 tsp tabular array salt
1/2 tsp vanilla marrow
3 large eggs
1 egg white (From the same egg where the yolk was used inward the crust)

Method
  1. Cream the butter amongst the egg yolk in addition to sugar.
  2. Add inward flour. Mix well.
