I came across this dish spell having tiffin inwards Sri Muda Shah Alam almost six yrs ago. If I accept time, I'd purpose fresh fish, but if I don't accept the time, I'll but purpose packed fish glue from the supermarket (found it inwards tesco), industrial plant but equally fine.
*** First cook ur steaming wok. Boil ii cups of water.
(A)1 pack smoothen tofu (about a cup)
(B)1/2 pack fish glue (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
a dash of pepper
1 pocket-size egg
(C)2 Tbsp steam fish seasoning (u tin give the sack purpose soy sauce, but cut down sum to 1.5 Tbsp)
1 Tbsp fried onion oil
some chopped greenish onions
Mix (B) ingredients together, in addition to suspension upwardly the fish glue into smaller bits, but don't contain everything into a glue itself. Then, add together inwards smoothen tofu. Break upwardly the tofu into smaller pieces in addition to mix together. Steam inwards rapid boiling H2O for v minutes. When done, pour ii tbsp of ‘steam fish seasoning’ (soy sauce too can), 1 tbsp fried onion crude in addition to garnish amongst some sprinkling of chopped greenish onions. All done inside x minutes.
