Coral Seaweed  Kerabu

250gm soaked coral seaweed (from 50gm dry out seaweed)
3-4 tbsp calamansi juice (depends on how sour the juice is)
two tbsp sugar
two cherry-red chilli
1 tsp prawn paste/belacan
1/2 tsp salt

two inches carrots,  thinly juliened
1 japanese cucumber, gist removed, thinly sliced,
1/2 cherry-red onion, sliced
1/2 loving cup coarsely the world toasted peanut
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp sliced torch ginger bud

1. Drain seaweed well, snip them shorter. Pickle amongst calamansi juice, saccharide too salt.
2. Meanwhile pound chilli too belacan together too thus mix into the pickling seaweed. Let it pickle until it's virtually fourth dimension to serve. (Can live on done overnight, Taste the seaweed afterward xxx minutes, if it needs adjustments, delight create thus according to your preference)
