The star of this dish, is non the difficult boiled eggs, it’s the gravy. It looks thick, only non thickened amongst flour or starch, only amongst egg. It’s rather quick too easy, too the sense of savor is absolutely delish. The season of the Vietnamese mint made it special. My MIL wondered if nosotros tin hold upwardly chicken amongst this sauce.
